Hailey Piché is currently a Post-Baccalaureate at Western Michigan University. She received her BA from Bowling Green State University in Ceramics and Psychology. In addition to her education, Hailey completed an apprenticeship with John Balistreri and was also an instructor at the Delaware Arts Castle. Hailey makes functional work with strong silhouettes; accompanied by gestural surfaces with an abundance of visual depth and texture. These surfaces are embellished through atmospheric firings.
