Aaliah Higareda is a latine artist based in Northern Indiana. She recently graduated Goshen College with a BFA in graphic design and primarily focuses on digital illustration and ceramics, creating funky whimsical “sock monkés” inspired by the classic sock monkey plushie. Her work is a combination of vibrant colors, sculptural, functional and silly concepts to bring the sock monkés and designs to life.
